Service Description

In this session, we will address areas of physical tension through deep tissue massage, focusing on physical healing combined with energetic clearing and alignment. I weave in elements of Swedish massage, craniosacral and myofascial technique along with reflexology. This is an experience that will invite you to leave external distractions and enter a calming space of healing. You will leave with a clear sense of peace and grounding. Each session concludes with 5 minutes of deep gong healing. **I will include warm stones, cupping, aromatherapy, and CBD when needed at no additional charge.
