In this session, you will receive a combination of Craniosacral + Reflexology. Craniosacral is a technique using light touch to release tension around connective tissue (fascia). This is a gentle manipulation of the bones in the skull, spine, and pelvis, to assist the flow of cerebrospinal fluid in the central nervous system. At an energetic level, this removes “blockages” from the normal flow, which enhances the body’s ability to heal. You can receive a "full body" massage by addressing the corresponding points of the shoulders, hips, sinuses, head, etc that are located on the hands and feet.
