Service Description

In this session, we will unwind the physical and emotional body through the use of craniosacral. This is a thorough and effective healing to address stored trauma and bring about a total reset of the central nervous system. I would suggest this modality to anyone with chronic pain and/or stress, as craniosacral peels back the psycho-somatic layers and naturally heals the root of the condition. In addition to cranio, this session provide grounding and a deep state of calm through reflexology of the hands, feet and ears. The combination of craniosacral and reflexology provides a complete healing experience. Each session concludes with 5 minutes of deep gong restoration. **About Craniosacral** ~Craniosacral is a technique using light touch to release tension around connective tissue (fascia). This is a gentle manipulation of the bones in the skull, spine, and pelvis, to assist the flow of cerebrospinal fluid in the central nervous system. **Reflexology** ~Reflexology is a practice of applying pressure to different point of the hands, feet, and ears which correspond to various organs of the body. This practice helps to restore and promote energy flow throughout the body.
